Interment will be in the Coleman City Cemetery under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
She was born July 7, 1922 in Coleman, Texas, a daughter of the late Charles Brown Moore and Fruza Ewing Moore. She grew up in Coleman and graduated from Coleman High School. She was married to Hardin Harwell and he preceded her in death in 1973. Follwing her husband's death, she moved to San Angelo from Ballinger. Mrs. Harwell worked in child care for the Harris Avenue Baptist Church in San Angelo where she was a member.
Survivors include a sister, Dorothy Fuller of Round Rock; one niece, Linda Auldridge of Round Rock; two nephews, Ronald Fuller of Oregon, Charles Cross and wife Elaine of Spring Branch; several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
